The pandemic in 2020 brought immense challenges for all of us. I lost my job during that difficult time, which became a turning point in my life. I realized it was time to become self-reliant and transform my passion into a business. In early 2021, I restarted part-time work and attended workshops to sharpen my skills.

A close friend introduced me to Etsy, and I was instantly drawn to the platform’s global reach and support for handmade sellers. I learned everything I could about its workings and policies.
